  • We write and review all copy for clarity at a Grade 5–6 reading level, adjusting up or down based on your community's specific needs.

  • We evaluate all materials against PEMAT and the CDC Clear Communication Index. Formal validation reports are available as an add-on.

  • We design to meet WCAG 2.2 standards for digital materials. Captions, alt text and transcripts are available as add-ons.

  • Patient perspectives are always incorporated through first-person accounts and qualitative research. As an add-on, we facilitate live advisory sessions with your community using trauma-informed principles.

  • We schedule weekly or biweekly client calls to share progress, present deliverables, and gather feedback.
