We know budget clarity matters before you bring a project to your team. Here's what our illustrated and animated resources typically cost, and what's included.
Animations
Animations start at $12,000 per minute. This includes:
English scriptwriting
Standard character animation with simple backgrounds and basic scene transitions
Projects with detailed environments, complex character movement, or advanced transitions are priced higher.
The project price is set at the beginning based on the agreed length. The minimum charge is one minute. If the final approved animation runs longer than the quoted length, each additional full 15 seconds is billed at one quarter of the per-minute rate.
English captions and an accessible descriptive transcript are included with every animation.
Audio Options
Your animation can have no voiceover, use a recording supplied by your team, or use AI or human voiceover arranged by Anatomii. Voiceovers and licensed background music are available as add-ons. AI voiceover is used only with client approval.

Illustrated resources
Pricing is based on design, copywriting, and visual treatment.
Choose layout and icons only, or layout with custom illustrations. Detailed medical or anatomical illustration is scoped separately.
Anatomii can provide research and plain-language writing, or work from production-ready copy supplied by your team. A visual treatment is added only when a new visual system is required.
Every newly designed digital resource is delivered as an accessible PDF.

Multi-format packages
Projects combining animation, illustrated resources, and print materials are scoped individually. We'll prepare a custom proposal after a discovery conversation.
Campaign asset engagements start at $3,000 for short motion pieces built from an established visual system and approved copy.
Payment structure
Projects up to two months
50% deposit due upon receipt of the initial invoice and before kickoff
50% invoiced upon project completion and due within 30 days
Projects over two months
50% deposit due upon receipt of the initial invoice and before kickoff
25% invoiced at the mid-production milestone and due within 30 days
25% invoiced upon project completion and due within 30 days
Production begins once the deposit has cleared.
All fees are in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes.

Every patient education resource is designed and evaluated against the applicable PEMAT tool and the CDC Clear Communication Index before delivery.
When copywriting is included, we develop and review the copy for clarity at a SMOG Grade 6 reading level. For client-supplied copy, we may recommend minor plain-language edits.
Animations include English captions and an accessible descriptive transcript. Newly designed illustrated digital resources are delivered as accessible PDFs, with tagged structure, logical reading order, metadata, alt text, and real text, to support WCAG 2.2 Level AA and applicable PDF/UA requirements.
Projects also include two consolidated rounds of revisions at each milestone and regular client check-in meetings, unless otherwise specified in the statement of work.

Most 2-minute animation projects complete in 12–16 weeks. Illustrated resource projects typically complete in 6–8 weeks. Timelines depend on your team's feedback turnaround at each milestone.
